[ Joshua can find Sanae where he always finds Sanae; hanging around a place that sells Union's equivalent to coffee. It may or may not actually be coffee, but Sanae is no less cheerfully enthusiastic about it. And in any universe, he's going to have a sketchbook.

Most people would draw Pokemon. Or gestures, or the city. Instead: wildly stylized, vaguely mythological figures twisting across the page, of course. He's in a terribly casual artistic mood, worse than when he fills whole pages with fashion. Mostly, though, he's just people-watching, Togepi having tucked itself against the crook of his arm.

He is the absolute picture of "doing nothing of value to Union society." ]
